Returns & Refunds

All books purchased directly from Longhaven Books are signed copies. All books and Junior Knight Kits purchased directly from Longhaven Books are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to replace the affected item or otherwise make the order right. We may ask for photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Refunds or replacements for lost or undelivered packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis after the shipment has been investigated with the carrier.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Longhaven Books online store. Purchases made through other retailers are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policies.
