Shipping Policy

Orders placed directly through Longhaven Books are carefully prepared and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment. Each book is individually signed, each Junior Knight Kit is individually packed, and every order is inspected by Sir Oliver Longbottom himself before leaving Longhaven.

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Longhaven Books.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible at angel@longhavenbooks.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.

If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
